Only campaigns that are in the active campaign list will be included in the prospects that the telemarketing module presents for agents.
To navigate to the active campaign list
- Log onto the staff site
- Go to Settings > Utilities > General Lookup Tables
- From the dropdown list, choose TM_ACTIVE_CAMPAIGN
To add a campaign to the active list
- Click on Add New Row
- Enter the code of the campaign into the Code field
- Enter the ID of the agents that you want to work on the campaign in the description box, separate IDs with commas and no spaces. For example: 1234,5678
- Click Save and continue
To remove a campaign from the active list
- Click on the red x at the end of the row for the campaign you want to delete
The full list of campaigns including Codes and Descriptions is available in the lookup table called TM_CAMPAIGN.
Please note, this does not delete the campaign, it stops prospects from that campaign being presented to agents.
