The most common issue with event pricing is that the pricing rules are not consistent across all of the functions within an event.
Rules of thumb:
- You cannot have any pricing rules that have a NO in the Comp column (meaning it is NOT complimentary) and also have a 0 in the Regular column.
- Each function must have a Default price defined, even if it is complementary
- The Income account must be entered on the default line for each function.
- You must use the same registrant classes in each function. If you use Section pricing in one function, you must use Section pricing in all functions.
