This article covers how to run a query to identify subscribers due for renewal on a particular date. Typically, renewal notices are sent out beginning 90 days prior to their subscription expiring. A reminder is sent out 60 days prior and a second reminder is sent out 30 days prior to the subscription's paid thru date.
How to run a query to identify subscribers due for renewal
- Log into the staff site
- Click on Continuum
- Click on Membership Reports
- Double-click on Subscriptions due for Renewal
- In the Subscription(s) field, choose one or more subscriptions to include in the query
- In the Paid Thru is Less or Equal To field, choose a Paid Thru Date*
- Click Find
*Paid Thru dates are always the last day of the month. To find subscriptions expiring in the next 90 days, choose a date that is the last day of the month, three months from the current month. For example, if you are running the query at the beginning of June of 2017, you would enter 8/31/2017 for the date.
