Renewal notices are sent to subscribers to inform them that their subscription will be expiring soon and prompting them to renew.
Prerequisite
To print a renewal notice the subscription first has to be billed. This can be done individually or en masse. Please refer to the Billing Module documentation for instructions on how to run a subscription billing.
How to print Subscription Renewal Notices for a specific subscription
- Log onto the staff site
- Click on Continuum
- Click on Membership Reports
- Double Click on SubscriptionRenewalNotice.rdl
- From the Subscriptions drop down list, choose the subscription you want to print notices for
- Click Refresh
- Once the report has generated, click the Adobe Acrobat icon to export a PDF
How to print Subscription Renewal Notices for a specific contact
- Log onto the staff site
- Click on Continuum
- Click on Membership Reports
- Double Click on SubscriptionRenewalNotice.rdl
- Optional: From the Subscriptions drop down list, choose the subscription you want to print notices for
- Enter the contact ID in the ID field for the contact you wish to generate a notice for
- Click Refresh
- Once the report has generated, click the Adobe Acrobat icon to export a PDF
How to print Subscription Renewal Notices for subscriptions billed on a specific date
- Log onto the staff site
- Click on Continuum
- Click on Membership Reports
- Double Click on SubscriptionRenewalNotice.rdl
- Optional: From the Subscriptions drop down list, choose the subscription you want to print notices for
- Enter the Bill Date
- Click Refresh
- Once the report has generated, click the Adobe Acrobat icon to export a PDF
